Stulberg & Walsh, LLP, is a New York City-based labor, employment and disability rights law boutique with a vibrant practice in public/private and domestic/cross-border workplace matters.
Founded 40 years ago, we represent labor unions, executives, professionals, federal and municipal civil servants, hourly employees, employee benefit funds, and disability rights organizations. In our labor practice, we represent unions in collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, responsible contracting, administrative advocacy, and judicial litigation. In our employment practice, we represent employees, from shop floors to C-suites, in whistleblower, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reasonable accommodation, disability income, breach of contract, restrictive covenant, wage and hour, licensing, and other disputes.
We have a challenging docket of complex civil litigation, including a significant appellate practice, with recent precedential victories at SCOTUS and the Federal Circuit. We also serve as co-class counsel for enforcement of New York City’s ADA curb ramp settlement.
We seek two talented attorneys with experience in either union-side labor law or plaintiff-side employment law, and a desire to practice in both areas.
