This position requires seven (7) or more years of experience in a relevant practice area and contemplates a candidate interested in pursuing a Partnership or other Senior-level relationship with the Firm.

This candidate must have significant experience managing a case load, representing plaintiffs and/or Unions, and litigating in state and federal court. The ideal candidate will have established client relationships or experience developing business, but this is not a requirement.

This position is for an experienced attorney who would like to join forces with like-minded, committed plaintiffs/union-side lawyers in an established practice. The salary range for this position is $125 – $150k+, depending on experience and the nature of the arrangement.
