This position requires 2 – 6 years’ experience representing labor unions or plaintiffs in employment matters. Applicants will take on significant responsibility, including conducting client intakes; preparing pleadings and EEOC charges; preparing discovery demands and managing discovery; drafting and responding to motions; negotiating settlements and managing mediations; and litigating in arbitrations, administrative hearings, and at trial.

Applicants should have strong analytical, writing, research, investigation and advocacy skills. The salary range for this position is $100 – $125k base salary based on experience, with eligibility for bonuses.
